The IAEWS Confidential Job Board Survey

Click here to register for the 2013 IAEWS Global Benchmark Survey, sponsored by Madgex.

Why bother? Because participation in this survey gives YOU a number of benefits.

  • It’s totally confidential. Your site’s data is not seen by a consultant working with other job boards or anyone else. We hire an outside research group and only they see respondent data so your privacy is always protected.
  • It’s free. You get one-of-a-kind insight into your site’s operational strengths and challenges and it costs you absolutely nothing.
  • It’s easy. The survey instrument has been specifically designed to be completed by a job board in less than one hour.
  • It gives you apples-to-apples comparisons. You can benchmark your results to those from sites of similar size, years of operation, specialization, location and more.
  • It’s more than just data. Those sites that submit a completed questionnaire are invited to attend a private discussion forum to analyze and interpret the findings so they can be used to improve their competitive advantages.
  • PLUS: The first 150 job boards to register for and complete the survey will:

  • receive a FREE copy of Peter Weddle’s new book, The New Golden Rules of Job Board Success: Four Principles for Optimizing Operational and Bottom Line Performance in the 21st Century.

    The IAEWS Spring Member Congress

You don’t have to be an IAEWS Member to attend the association’s 2013 Spring Member Congress, which will be held on April 14th at the Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada USA:

Why bother? Here’s how one job board owner put it:

“As an owneroperator of for over 12 years, the IAEWS events were a way to meet and connect with other people who–although they may be competitors– were thinking about the same things I was. I looked forward to attending the conferences as a way to catch up, see what’s happening in the space, and to get a more global sense on where the online recruitment products and services space is headed. … was acquired by a subsidiary of in 2012 as a direct result of a conversation initiated at the cocktail hour at IAEWS. I look forward including IAEWS conferences in my roster of must-attend events.”

The Congress will be held on Sunday, April 14th at the Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas, NV. That’s the day before the SHRM Talent Management Conference & Expo which will be held in the same venue on April 15-17. This back-to-back, two-conference extravaganza will be the most significant recruiting event of the year.

Here’s a brief look at the Congress agenda:

  • A panel-plenary discussion on Big Data – what is it (really) and why should job boards care?
  • An exclusive presentation by Cybersleuth Shally Steckerl on what sourcers and recruiters are learning about recruiting online with methods other than job postings.
  • A panel of case studies in the development and application of mobile technology on job boards.
  • A keynote presentation on the latest talent acquisition strategies and investment decisions at a major global enterprise by the Director of Global Recruiting at Coca Cola.
  • Plus, plenty of time for networking and deal making.
  • So, if you only have time to attend one industry conference this year, the IAEWS Spring Member Congress is it. And if you only have time to attend one conference with your customers this year, the SHRM Conference & Expo is it. It’s the only two-fer of its kind in the business!
