Don’t Get Caught Unprepared
Recently the U.S. Department of Justice fined a job board $22,000 for improper functionality.
Here’s what the Assistant Attorney General, Thomas E. Perez, had to say about the fine:
“Companies that derive revenue from job postings have responsibilities under the anti-discrimination provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act, and we look forward to working with those companies to achieve and to maintain compliance.”
A Director in Mr. Perez’s office will be speaking at the IAEWS Fall Member Congress on September 7, 2011 in Hollywood, FL.
The conference will feature a number of can’t-miss sessions, including a panel of investment bankers and corporate acquirers entitled Fairy Tales or Fabulous Wealth: Job Board Deals Past and Present.
So, don’t miss the IAEWS Fall Member Congress. It’s the only event in the world that is 100% dedicated to improving your operations and your bottom line.
