Don’t Get Caught Unprepared

Recently the U.S. Department of Justice fined a job board $22,000 for improper functionality.

Here’s what the Assistant Attorney General, Thomas E. Perez, had to say about the fine:

“Companies that derive revenue from job postings have responsibilities under the anti-discrimination provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act, and we look forward to working with those companies to achieve and to maintain compliance.”

A Director in Mr. Perez’s office will be speaking at the IAEWS Fall Member Congress on September 7, 2011 in Hollywood, FL.

  • If you’re an IAEWS member, register today to attend this important session. To register, click here.
